A muscle oil, an aroma blend and a mosquito repellent spray: small bottles for sore shoulders, slow evenings and open windows. Read more: natural mosquito repellent for babies and kids.
What each one is for
Soothing Muscle Oil is a warming massage oil with camphor, peppermint and eucalyptus. Rub it into tired shoulders, calves or back after exercise or a long day, on unbroken skin, and wash your hands afterwards.
Relaxing Aromablend Oil is lavender, bergamot, sweet orange, ylang ylang and frankincense in almond oil. Roll it on the wrists and temples in the evening, when you want the day to slow down.
Mosquito Repellent Spray is made only from lemongrass, eucalyptus, peppermint and citronella hydrosols, with no DEET. Spray it on skin and around windows, and reapply every two to three hours and after sweating.
All three contain essential oils or hydrosols, so patch-test first, keep them away from the eyes, and check with your doctor before using them on young children.
Questions about wellness
How do I use lavender essential oil?
Never apply it neat. Mix three or four drops with a carrier oil for a scalp or body massage, or put one or two drops in a diffuser before bed. Ask a doctor before using it around babies or in pregnancy.
Are mosquito repellent sprays safe?
Check what is inside. Our Mosquito Repellent Spray is four steam-distilled hydrosols: lemongrass, eucalyptus, peppermint and citronella. Keep it away from eyes and patch-test first.
How often should I reapply mosquito spray?
Every few hours when you are outdoors, and again after sweating or washing.
What is a good mosquito repellent for babies?
Nets and light clothing that covers the arms and legs come first. Ask your paediatrician before using any repellent on a baby or young child.
What essential oils are good for sore muscles?
Peppermint, eucalyptus and camphor are traditional for tired muscles. Our Soothing Muscle Oil roll-on combines them with herb-infused oils. Never use undiluted essential oils on skin.
