What we owe you, and what we ask of you

Last updated: 11 October 2026 · These terms apply to every purchase made on graceyes.in ("the website"), operated by GraceYes Organics Pvt. Ltd., A-67, Lower Ground Floor, Sector 2, Noida 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India (GSTIN 09AAMCG7385H1ZY). By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not, please do not order.

1. Who we are

GraceYes Organics Pvt. Ltd. creates, sells and stands behind every GraceYes product. We develop each formula in our own studio in Noida and make it in small batches at a licensed cosmetics manufacturing unit; the manufacturer's name, address and licence number are printed on every pack, as the law requires. 2. Eligibility and your account

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or order under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you create an account, keep your password private and tell us at once if you think it has been used without your permission. You are responsible for orders placed through your account until you do.

3. Products, descriptions and claims

Every product page lists the full ingredients as printed on the pack, the net quantity, the MRP inclusive of all taxes, the country of origin and the names and addresses of the manufacturer and the marketer. Our products are cosmetics for external use. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease; where we describe an ingredient's traditional use or published research, we say so in those words. Natural ingredients vary a little from batch to batch in colour, scent and texture, that is the plant. Photographs are of the actual products, but screens differ.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping is currently free on every order; if that ever changes, any charge is shown before you pay. Offers and discount codes are for the period shown and may end without notice. If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and, on eligible pin codes, Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store card details.

5. Orders, acceptance and cancellation

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your parcel and send the tracking details; until then we may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the delivery address cannot be served. You can cancel any order for a full refund before it is handed to the courier, write to wecare@graceyes.in with the order number. After dispatch, our Returns and Refund Policy apply.

6. Delivery

We ship across India by tracked courier. Orders are dispatched the same or the next working day; metro addresses usually arrive in 2–4 working days after that and the rest of India in 4–7. Estimated dates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave; please check the parcel on arrival and tell us within 7 days if anything is damaged, leaking or wrong. Full details: Shipping.

7. Returns and refunds

Damaged, leaking or wrong items, reported within 7 days of delivery, are replaced or refunded in full, with no return shipping for you to pay. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, including unopened products, because personal care products are hygiene-sensitive and cannot be resold. Opened items are replaced or refunded only where the product itself is faulty. None of this limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Use of the products

Read the label and the product page before use. Patch-test any new product on the inner arm for 24 hours, keep products away from the eyes, and stop using anything that stings, itches or reddens. Keep out of reach of children. Products are for external use only. Please consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical treatment for a skin condition.

9. Reviews and content you post

Reviews must be your own honest experience of a product you have used. We may remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, promotional or that make medical claims. By posting you give us a non-exclusive licence to show the review on the website and in our communications, with your first name.

10. Intellectual property

The GraceYes name, peacock mark, photographs, product names, formulas and all text on this website belong to GraceYes Organics Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission. Quoting a product page to tell a friend about it is, of course, fine.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Otherwise, our liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, strikes or natural events, though we will always tell you and offer a refund where a parcel cannot be delivered.

13. Complaints and grievances

Write to wecare@graceyes.in first; most issues are settled within 3 working days. If you are not satisfied, escalate to our Grievance Officer, Amit Kumar, under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, details on the Grievance Redressal page.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to approach the consumer forum of your district under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

15. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
