Before it leaves
We pack your order in two working days
Dispatch times, delivery windows, what shipping costs, and the tracking link that goes out the day we post your parcel.
Across India, courier-tracked.
Where we ship
GraceYes ships across India. We do not ship internationally yet.
What it costs
Shipping is free on every order, whatever its size. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes.
How long it takes
Orders are dispatched the same or the next working day. Because we make in small batches, an occasional item is poured to order, if that will delay your parcel, we write to you rather than let you wonder.
Once handed to the courier, metro addresses usually take 2–4 working days and the rest of India 4–7 working days.
Tracking
A tracking link goes out by email the moment your parcel is picked up. You can also use Track Order.
