Is GraceYes really free from parabens and sulfates?
Yes, in every product, with no exceptions. The full list of what we keep out is on The Free-From Promise.
How can a natural product have no preservative?
Most of our formulas contain no water, and without water there is nothing for microbes to grow in. Oils, balms and milled powders are stable on their own. Where a formula does contain water we say so and give it a shorter, honest shelf life.
How long does a product last?
Every jar carries its batch date and best-before. Because we do not extend shelf life chemically, our jars are deliberately small. A product with an honest shelf life is meant to be finished.
Are your products tested on animals?
Never, and neither are our ingredients.
Is GraceYes suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas leave out the usual irritants, but “natural” does not mean “cannot react”, essential oils in particular are potent. Patch test on your inner arm for 24 hours before first use, and speak to a doctor about anything persistent.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, on eligible pin codes.
How do I order?
Add to your bag and checkout. You can send the order to us on WhatsApp or by email, and pay by UPI, bank transfer or cash on delivery. A person confirms every order.
