How to choose your body care

For dry skin, the most useful habit is oiling while the skin is still damp. Press After Shower Oil, a blend of sixteen plant and essential oils, into damp skin straight after bathing; the water on your skin helps it spread and sink in. For everyday use in humid weather, Body Lotion with hyaluronic acid absorbs quickly.

Hand & Feet Cream is thicker, made with shea and mango butter for dry hands, elbows and cracked heels. Use it at night and wear cotton socks.

Body Massage Oil, with jatamansi and lavender, is for a slower routine, such as a weekend massage before a bath. Alcohol-Free Perfume is sandalwood oil with rose water, worn on pulse points.

None of our body products contain mineral oil, parabens or synthetic fragrance.

Questions about body care

What is alcohol-free perfume?

A fragrance carried in oil or floral water instead of denatured alcohol, so it does not sting or dry the skin. Ours is sandalwood oil in deodorised rose water infused with rose, and nothing else.

Does alcohol-free perfume last?

It lasts differently. It sits close to the skin and fades gently over several hours instead of filling a room, so reapply on a long day. Apply it to pulse points on moisturised skin.

Should you apply body oil after a shower?

Yes, while your skin is still damp. Pat lightly, then smooth a few drops of After Shower Oil over each area. The oil holds in the water left on your skin.

Can you use hand cream on your feet?

Yes, but most hand creams are too light for dry heels. Our Hand & Feet Cream is a rich shea and mango butter cream made for both: a little on hands by day, a generous layer on heels at night with cotton socks.

Can I use massage oil as a body oil?

You can, but a massage oil has more slip and takes longer to sink in. Keep Body Massage Oil for a slow massage and use After Shower Oil for the quick step after a bath.
