Steam-distilled lavender, rosemary and eucalyptus — undiluted, and named on the label. A few drops is usually enough, and always dilute in a carrier oil before it touches skin.

How to use essential oils safely

Our essential oils are steam-distilled and undiluted. That makes them strong, so they are always diluted before they touch skin.

A safe starting dilution is 2 to 3 drops in 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of a carrier oil such as sweet almond or coconut. For hair, add rosemary essential oil to your hair oil. For a diffuser or steam bowl, a few drops of lavender or eucalyptus in water is enough.

Keep essential oils away from the eyes and out of reach of children. Do not swallow them. If you are pregnant, talk to your doctor before use.
