Partner Programme Terms

The terms of our partner programme, written to be read.

Last updated: 5 October 2026. These terms apply to everyone who joins the GraceYes partner programme run by GraceYes Organics Private Limited, Noida ("we", "us"). By applying, you agree to them. For how the programme works in plain words, see Partner with us.

1. Joining

You must be 18 or older and live in India. We review every application and may accept or decline it without giving a reason. We may close an account that has had no sales for six months.

2. Your link and code

When we approve you, you receive a personal referral link and a discount code in your name. The code gives your customers 10% off, can be used once per customer, and cannot be combined with other discount codes. We may change the code if it is misused.

3. Commission

  • You earn 10% of the value of each qualifying order, after discounts and excluding shipping and GST.
  • An order qualifies when it is placed through your link within 30 days of the customer's click, or with your code.
  • Orders you place for yourself, orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded or not delivered, and orders that come through coupon, cashback or deal websites do not qualify.
  • If two partners could claim the same order, the code used at checkout decides; without a code, the most recent link click does.
  • We may offer higher rates to partners who sell steadily. Any such rate is confirmed to you in writing and shown in your dashboard.

4. Payment

  • An order becomes payable 15 days after delivery.
  • We pay every Monday, by UPI or bank transfer, when your payable balance is ₹200 or more. Smaller balances carry forward to the following week.
  • We need your PAN before the first payment. We deduct TDS where the Income-tax Act requires it and give you the TDS certificate.
  • If you are registered for GST, share your GSTIN and invoice us; otherwise we pay you as an unregistered person.
  • If an order is returned after we have paid for it, we deduct that commission from your next payment.

5. Free products

We may send product to partners we choose. A free product is not payment for a post and does not oblige you to post, but if you post about it you must say it was a free gift (see section 6). Free products count towards the value on which tax rules may apply.

6. Disclosure

Under the ASCI guidelines for influencer advertising and the Central Consumer Protection Authority's endorsement guidelines, you must tell your audience about your connection with us whenever you post about GraceYes. Use a clear label such as "Ad", "Affiliate", "Collaboration" or "Free gift", or the platform's paid-partnership tag, placed where people will see it: at the start of a caption, or on screen in a video for long enough to read. A label only in your bio, behind "more", or among hashtags is not enough.

7. What you say about our products

  • Speak only from your own use, and do not promise results.
  • Our products are cosmetics. Do not claim that they treat, cure, heal or prevent any disease or condition.
  • Do not describe them as "100% natural", "certified organic", "chemical-free" or as traditional medicine, and do not use before-and-after images that we have not approved.
  • Do not use filters or edits that change how a product's result looks.

8. Where you may promote

  • Share your link and code with your own audience: your social accounts, blog, newsletter, WhatsApp groups you belong to, and people you know.
  • Do not post your code on coupon, cashback, deal or voucher websites or apps.
  • Do not bid on "GraceYes" or any misspelling of it in search or social ads, and do not run ads that send people to graceyes.in without our written permission.
  • Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, and do not present yourself as GraceYes or as speaking for us.
  • You may use our product photographs and logo only to promote GraceYes, and only while you are a partner.

9. Ending the partnership

You may leave at any time by writing to us. We may pause or close your account if you break these terms, and commission on orders linked to a breach is not paid. When an account closes, we pay any qualifying balance of ₹200 or more on the next Monday payment.

10. Your information

We use your name, contact details, PAN and bank or UPI details only to run the programme, pay you and meet tax law. We keep payment and tax records for as long as the law requires. See our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and disputes

We may change these terms or the commission rate with 15 days' notice by email. Orders placed before a change are paid at the old rate. These terms are governed by Indian law, and courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction.
