1PLANT OILS & BUTTERS
Jojoba Oil, Shea Butter
Cold-pressed seed, nut and fruit oils plus unrefined butters.
Most cleansers get their squeak by taking the skin barrier down with the grime. This 150 ml sulphate free face wash cleanses with gentle coconut-derived cleansers instead of sulphates, lifting dirt, sunscreen and city grime while leaving skin's natural oils where they belong. Ashwagandha root and licorice are infused into its water base, the first for its calming character, the second a classical herb for a more even-looking tone, while jojoba oil keeps skin balanced rather than tight.
It lathers softly rather than foaming into a cloud, which is exactly what a gentle, sulphate-free wash looks like. Aloe vera juice and shea butter hydrate mid-wash, a touch of lactic acid keeps it skin-friendly, and sweet lime and vetiver leave a clean, fresh finish. No sulphates, no harsh chemical preservatives, no coal-tar colours.
Is a sulphate-free face wash good for oily skin, and how many times a day should you wash your face? Yes: stripping oily skin with sulphates only makes it produce more oil. Wash twice a day, morning and night, plus once after sweating or a workout; more than that dries the skin out. A coin-sized amount is enough for the face and neck.
A sulphate-free daily cleanser that leaves skin clean, calm and never squeaky.

Wet your face, work a coin-sized amount into a light lather with your fingertips, massage in gentle circles, then rinse off completely and pat dry. That amount covers the face and neck.

Yes. Stripping oily skin with sulphates only pushes it to make more oil, so we cleanse with gentle coconut-derived cleansers. They are mild enough for dry and sensitive skin too.
Harsh cleansers can upset skin, which is why ours has no sulphates or synthetic fragrance. If you notice new breakouts with any product, stop using it and see a dermatologist if they continue.
No cleanser removes tan; it is on the skin for less than a minute. Ours includes licorice for a more even-looking tone over time, but daily sunscreen does far more.
