Neem Leaf Powder by GraceYes — Pure Neem Leaf Powder for Face Pack & Scalp, 100 gm

Description

Neem needs no introduction in this country: it is the tree in the compound, the leaf in the bathwater. This is neem powder for acne, made from Azadirachta indica leaves alone, for oily and blemish-prone skin that flares up around heat, sweat and humidity. Neem's natural compounds have well-documented antibacterial activity, help settle redness, and its mild astringency keeps excess oil in check.

The leaves are shade-dried, which is why the powder stays a proper deep green instead of fading to hay, then ground and sifted so it does not sit gritty on skin. Cheap herbal packs are often cut with talc and tinted greener than they are; this one smells exactly as neem should.

How do you use neem powder for pimples, and can you use it daily? Mix one spoon with rose water or plain water into a paste, apply to clean skin for 10 to 15 minutes, and rinse, two or three times a week. Daily use can dry the skin. For dry or sensitive skin, add a little curd or honey, or mix it with rose petal powder.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is neem leaf powder?

It is dried neem (Azadirachta indica) leaf, shade-dried so it stays deep green, then ground and sifted fine. Ours is neem alone, with no talc or colour, for a weekly face pack on oily, blemish-prone skin.

How do I use neem leaf powder on my face?

Mix one to two spoons with water, yoghurt or honey into a smooth paste; yoghurt suits oilier skin and honey suits drier skin. Apply to clean skin, leave for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

How often should I use neem powder on my face?

Two or three times a week in the evening. Neem is astringent, so daily packs can leave skin feeling tight.

Is neem powder good for pimples?

It suits oily, blemish-prone skin that flares up with heat and sweat, and its mild astringency helps keep excess oil in check. It is a cosmetic face pack, not an acne treatment, so see a dermatologist for painful or persistent breakouts.

Can neem powder be used on dry or sensitive skin?

It is best for oily and acne-prone skin. Drier or sensitive skin can use it less often, mixed with honey or yoghurt rather than water, or blended with rose petal powder; patch test first.

Can I eat neem leaf powder?

Please do not; we pack this powder for use on skin only. Ask a doctor about any herb you want to take by mouth.

CautionFor external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes; rinse thoroughly if contact occurs. Patch test before use. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
