Charcoal Soap

Description

Most charcoal bars are all pull and no give, so skin comes out clean but squeaking. This charcoal soap is balanced differently. Bamboo charcoal still does the heavy lifting, its ultra-porous structure drawing oil, dirt and grime out of congested pores, which makes the bar well suited to oily and acne-prone skin through humid Indian summers.

What sets it apart is what sits alongside the charcoal. Rosehip oil brings linoleic acid and natural vitamin A relatives that support skin renewal, while shea butter and olive oil put comfort back the moment you rinse. Cold-processed and cured slowly so the natural glycerin remains. No sulphates, parabens, triclosan, parfum or coal-tar colour.

Is charcoal soap good for tan and daily use? It lifts the sweat, sunscreen and pollution film that makes sun-exposed skin look dull, so tanned skin often looks fresher with regular use, though it does not bleach. Oily skin can use it daily; dry or sensitive skin should keep it to the oilier areas such as the back, chest and T-zone.

Is charcoal soap good for dry skin?

Charcoal is clarifying, so dry or sensitive skin should keep this bar to oilier areas such as the back, chest and T-zone. Patch test first and cut back if skin feels tight.

Does charcoal soap remove tan?

It does not bleach the skin. It lifts the sweat, sunscreen and pollution film that makes sun-exposed skin look dull, so skin often looks fresher with regular use.

How is this different from our Bamboo & Basil bar?

Both use bamboo charcoal. This bar pairs it with rosehip oil, shea butter and olive oil for a gentler finish, while Bamboo & Basil adds tea tree, basil and kalonji for skin prone to blemishes.

CautionFor external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes; rinse thoroughly if contact occurs. Patch test before use. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
